Andrew works closely alongside our CEO to implement strategies and manage business operations.

Ashley Hall

Board Member

Ashley is an Area Sales Manager for The Crosby Group in the UK, and has been in the lifting industry for 28 years. As a Crosby authorised trainer, Ashley is often out on the road with Crosby's Rig Safe Rig Smart trailer, delivering toolbox talks and supporting LEEA's ethos of safe lifting.

Ben manages technical interpretation of legislation and standardisation, provides technical support and best practice guidance, and represents member interests on standard bodies.

Chris has been the Director of Towne Lifting and Testing since 1975. Currently engaged in delivering Lifting and Slinging Training particularly to do with Lift Planning.

Training Manager

Dave designs and develops our training courses and assessments, as well as delivering them around the world. He is course tutor for LMP & OTC e-Learning students.

Dave travels extensively delivering LEEA training courses. He is the course tutor for e-Learning students studying LMM, RCS and North American versions of FOU and LEG.

Issi manages the business support functions across LEEA. She also works as part of the Programme Office to support the Chief Executive in managing delivery, as well as providing support to the Board.

Jade deals with memberships administration, which includes processing new applications, renewals, membership upgrades, maintaining the database with correct details amongst handling other enquiries.

Ryan Hillyer

Training Specialist

Ryan joins the team as a training specialist. He joined the team from the military, from this he brings his experience of lift planning, lifting inspections and heavy winching operations. Ryan will be responsible for delivering the LEEA training courses for our global members.
